Was on Burnet Road last night and noticed that Roger Beasley Mitsu is no longer there (the older building, across from the Roger Beaslet Mazda). Looks like Charles Maund Volkswagen has taken over the spot. Does anyone know if they relocated or went out of business? I hope not, because I don't want to have to take my car to Gillman.

When I picked up my IX about 1.5 months ago, the salesman (which was actually a Mazda salesman) told me that I was getting the last car from the dealership and Roger Beasley had decided to get out of selling Mitsubishi because it just wasn't profitable. Other than Gillman, looks like San Antonio would be the next closest town for another dealership since the San Marcos one (also a Gillman) closed earlier this year.

Well, that was quick wasn't it? They only opened that Mistu dealership in Nov/Dec of '05! Yeah, this is looking pretty bleak.....just might have to go to SA. Or I can now say forget about the warranty and mod the crap out of my car!
