First of all I drive an 06 WRX TR and I got to say I have yet to run into an @sshole Evo owner like what is stereotyped over on the Subaru forums. This especially goes out to the dude in the black Evo in Clear Lake that I ran into tonight on the way home. Really cool cat, that just rolled up and paid compliments to my ride. Didn't try to race me or anything. I respect that (even though I'm sure he would have smashed me).

It's something how I run into more Evo owners that are cool about the WRX, especialy the 06 Subaru TR, then actual Subaru owners. Alot of Subaru guys are elitest snobs especially ones in Bugeyes (02-03 WRX) who think they're O.G. or the STI guys, most of whom act like they drive Porsches.

Again a shout out to the guy I ran into and thanks again for making me say to myself, "DAMN I should have got an Evo!"

Looks like the 350z's are well represented

I'm not in Houston, but sounds about the same as Dallas--both Subaru and Evo drivers are hit-and-miss...I wave at them all. Some are cool and wave back, most just rev and blow past me. I think that's typical of all car types: Evo, STi, SRT-4, RX-8, Mustang, michaeljr6 in his 350z...don't know why sports cars attract so many dilkholes.
Anyway, Subies are great cars. Love to have one for daily driving, regardless of year. Had an '02 and got rid of it only because I didn't like my lease. Traded for an Evo. Be great to get back in one to put mileage on. Enjoy it!
