Ok so i ordered some 272 cams and they should be here in a few days or early next week. i was wondering if anyone would help me out with the install? im in the DFW area at TCU. i know how to work on cars but i dont trust myself with cams. i was thinking sometime on the weekend of the 21st. Al from dynoflash is tuning my car on the 28th of october so i would like to have them installed by then. if you help me ill take you out to lunch or bring beer or something. if not where would be a good local shop to do the install. sorry but im new to the area and dont know where to get stuff done around here. thanks jeff

i 2nd that. Ive done a ton of work on my friends cars and my old TSI but never really touched my evo (yet). but I do have a really good how to on installing cams. its tells you EVERYTHING step by step. If you cant find anyone to help ya, I might be able to help ya out.

ya kevin and i have been talking. he is going to do my install. good fair price and he knows what he is doing. and TSItoEvo can you send me that step by step. even tho kevin is going to do it i would still like to follow along and learn what he is doing.

its fairly self explainitory. and i can tell you step by step what i am doing if it were my car, i would want to know what the person working on it is doing, so i treat every install just like that.
