Some quick (updated) pics...painted stockers/JDM bumper

Well, I got bored and decided to fix and paint my stockers gold. First, I fixed them with Bondo putty (there's a write up in the How-To Section) and then painted them gold, using Duplicolor Engine Enamel (Universal Gold). I'm skipping over all the other steps I did of course (prep, primer, clearcoat etc.). I'm really pleased with the results and will have a proper photo shoot in 'Show and Shine' soon. Also installed my JDM Evo IX bumper that I got to replace my bumper which got rear ended over the summer. Let me know what you think, sorry about the crappy shots....

Thanks for the comments guys! I never thought I'd get gold wheels either! Although I first fell in love with the black/gold combination waaay back in the early 80's (am I showing my age here?) when Nigel Mansell drove the black and gold John Player Special Lotus in F1...

Looks great, and your bumper makes me jealous.

I keep wanting to paint my stock wheels black with a red lip but I'm too chicken ****. Afraid I might mess up....guess I could always paint back over it if I do, huh?

Thanks Scott!

The exhaust only really sticks out past the bumper about an inch. However, with the 'diffuser', it makes it look a lot more.
