I think the closest you will find is maybe Roswell, Alamo or Las Cruces with Evo's.....

how's the gas in Cruces? 91 octane is the highest I've seen here so far.

I saw an 04 or 05 blue sti today, no evo's yet though. I also found an Exxon gas station selling 92 octane.
