i dont have the Evo yet (as i am currently deployed) BUT i know when i drove my bright A$$ yellow Cobalt around i always got pulled over for stupid things... wearing my seatbelt, doing 85 in an 80, etc... i think we should be exempt as long as the license plates are VISIBLE... pigs have nothing better to do cept meet their quota per year

yeah the law is 25% and he had a little device or something that measured it and mine was 17% or something. im looking for a front plate holder now but im not sure about the tint yet.
ok, I will correct my earlier post...happened upon this on the web..luck for you all who can get away with no front plate..Tx aint that place..and who knows whats changed since this was posted..regards, M
