Of course I can; and I have numberous times. If they haven't been on the website in a while and there's a matter that needs to be addressed within a certain time period, than PMing them wouldn't matter if they don't check the account very often.

Therefore if anyone knows them personally, please pass the word on that they need to get on here and PM me.
