Computer issues...

I recently started playing a new game (Brian Lara Cricket 2007) and for some reason when I play it, the game is really sluggish. Is there any reason it's like this? A few of my games do this to my computer while playing the game, but others don't. Is there any reason the game play is really slow? And I've upgraded the RAM from 1gb to 2gb on my laptop too.

Here's a link to the specs of my laptop -->

Here's a link to the game I'm trying to play.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Might be the graphics card. If you turn down the display settings as low as possible does it play any better?

Haven't tried that yet. My graphics for the computer itself is 1280x800, the game did ask me what display settings i wanted, is it ok if i pick settings smaller (in terms of pixels) then what my computer is running at?

Thanks

yes, you should lower it in the game settings.

the problem is the laptop. And also the ram probably isn't ddr2 ram either.I dont know why but alot of games now are just not playing right on laptops. They should technically work but since they are laptops they don't.
