05 silver MR, 29,800 miles bone stock, (testing waters)

My 60 year old Neurologist dad bought the car and had it for the first 18k miles when I took over payments. No one else has ever driven the car, I'm 30 and also in the medical field. The car has a clean title and has never been in an accident or had any paint or body work whatsoever. The car has been garage kept every night of it's life here in San Antonio. It has been serviced at West Loop Mitsu where they can confirm the car's engine has never been modded, not even a catback. The car does have a Vishnu rear difuser that was a ***** to make fit around the stock exhaust but does make a difference in stabilty, even at highway speeds IMO. It also has a Perrin shorty antena. It has never been road raced or autocrossed or beaten.
The original clutch and tranny are in perfect condition and have never been abused. The paint is in great condition along with the interior. The rear and passenger seats were rarely used since me and my dad are both single. The driver seat does show the usual wear, specially since I weigh 230. There are a couple of paint chips in the lower rear bumper where my dad scraped it in a parking lot. The windshield has a little chip that I can fix easily. The lower lip has scrapes from the friendly San Antonio streets. And the hood has a 5 inch intentional scratch that I think can be buffed out. 3 of the bbs wheels have a little roadrash on the lip, but it's been covered up by the tresor "gun ship grey" paint that is an exact match. The wheels are all true, I had Falken Ziex 512 put on about 1000k miles ago at Discount Tire and none of the wheels were bent. These tires are bouncy and actually suck compared to the Advans, but are good for daily driving and bad weather and come with a full 60k warranty I bought.
I'm asking $24k. I need to borrow a digital camera to get picks before the weekend. Anyone interested please PM me so you can see the car in person here in San Antonio.
