Saturday Febuary 2nd, everyone has agreed this would be the best day due to Sunday they are having an Autocross meet @ Gulf Greyhound Park. An official time has not yet been decided however I think it would be best if we meet somewhere or show up in a good time frame at once at The Boardwalk. Its up to you guys, just hit this post up again with suggestions/comments. If 10:00am is good for you, let us know, if you have to show up later, let us know. As of this moment, I'll look into any Valet spots etc that we may be able to aquire. I have not yet contacted anyone at The Boardwalk yet but will work on it soon. Hopefully something can be arranged, I'll keep everyone posted.

Plenty of time for everyone to commit and plan. I'll make attempts to contact any Boardwalk officials etc. unless someone else would like to. The way I see it, we're all friends, its just a matter of getting together etc, I figure grub, chit-chat etc. Plus its a good chance for anyone from the North etc to come down and enjoy a new scene for the evening. I'd like to start early, make it a day to night thing like 11am till whenever incase any other meets take place or anyone gets bored(no pun intended). I figure if we make it a during the day thing we can just chill and see more etc. Send this posts some hits so we can start organizing. So far 7 people interested, that's 7 Evo's so looks like a meet to be already!

 

I'd be up for it. Grab some grub, show off the cars. SW side fellas could meet up and drive down together.

After the new year would probably be the best. This would give everyone ample time to prepare. Personally, I will be out of town mid Feb. Anytime other than that would be great. A weekend would be nice too. How about the second weekend in January?

 

Don't do anything questionable near that parking garage. HPD (not police) had a meet back there a few years ago, and it went south pretty quick. Loud cars in a family place caused people to complain and the authorities broke it up / wrote tickets to some. It was a huge ordeal because they got permission prior to meeting there from the boardwalk and it was still broken up.

 

^just park in the parking lot outside the boardwalk in the back. there should be alot of parking spaces there.

well i work on that Saturday and Friday so if that is the case i cant make it now if it were to be a Sunday that would be great
