Mid-summer AWD meet
Whatsup everyone, I wanted to go ahead and see how much interest there'd be in organizing a large AWD meet. The tentative plan I'm foreseeing would be to have a large meet/show during the day on Saturday July 19th at a venue such as Dave and Busters here in San Antonio. And from there head out to San Antonio Raceway for midnight madness and literally overrun the place with Evos,Sti's,Dsms, Skylines? 
With it being the beginning of May I feel there is plenty of time for people to plan ahead and help make this a success. If the interest is strong from the Evo side of the house then I'll go ahead and contact a liasion for the Sti,other awd communities. Everyone's opinion is very welcome..I mean if ya'll would rather just keep it as an all Evo meet, that works..but it's cool having a whole variety of rides to check out. Besides..Sti's being owned always makes for a nice day 
So let me know what's the general consensus.

NTEC planned and held this event last year

After we planned and invited your region,
someone down there planned a conflicting event contradicting their first post trying to get an all Texas event organized.
Needless to say, many of us up here in NTEC are still bitter,
not to have scheduled another meet, but to have conflicted w/our date and made it impossible for us to have joined your meet as well.
Water under the bridge...I know... but count me out...
It would be a great way to show some Texas Region support to see some of you up here for
