So I was exiting 45-N and was on Antoine when I saw a black evo being towed (not flatbed) by a tow truck. It was smashed in the front and hit in the rear quarter panel. It was so bad i couldnt tell from the front if it was an 8 or a 9??? well im curious whos it is and if that person's okay. I also saw an ACT decal on the sideskirt, EVO 9 tails, stock fmic. On another note, if you plan to part out lmk. Good-luck.
