ok im sure i can do this myself my only question is what temp and how long do you bake them?

Low heat for about 15 min. I say 300. put a towel down and and then set the lights on top. do a little at a time if the seal isnt coming apart fast enough. This means multiple trips to the oven. Check the write ups in the how too section.
