imo the nsx is a failure of acura/honda to get into the super car threshold... take it they are nice but for the price of a viper for z06 vette.... a total and utter waste of money, its like buying loaded chrysler 300c instead of an evo...

How could you call the car a failure? It had a good 10 to 11 year run didn't it? If Honda wanted to compete with the other super cars of the time the NSX was around, it would have changed out the Honda C engine for something more powerful imo. I believe the car was directed to a different audience than those who are interested in super cars. The cars stood out not because of its power, but because of its handling and exotic look. Sorry, I am a fan of the NSX. I have to defend it.

I have almost pulled the trigger on a NSX a few times but they just don't have the power to really grab me and pull me in. Plus they are very expensive to mod very expensive,I have tried to justify it a couple times. But in the end it is a sexy sexy car IMO and if that was enough for me I suppose I'd have one.. Nice photos.

true that you have some good points but you basically have to be in love with the car to justify paying that much for it , and still not even be able to compete with a mildly modified evo.... fail lol, i agree that it is geared towards a diff crowd.... the i love nsx and dont care its underpowered and expensive crowd. but i leave you your right to defend it i would buy a c6zo6 or an srt10 viper instead.

^c6 Zo6, mmmm, sex...now that some of the early nsxs are like 28k and 30k, they are in a good price range...just have to take the mileage on them for what it is
