When today to Soulspeed in Austin to get the X align and corner balance since I install the BC Racing coilovers.
I was impressed to find out that the car didn't need any adjustment on corner balance.
My cross weight is 49.8.
LF 1056 RF 1021
LR 789 RR 767
Total 3633 including driver weight of 160.
I guess the X comes some what purty balance from factory
I got a street/performance alignment for long tread life and occasional autoX.
The guys at Soulspeed were very professional and knowledgeable I recommend it to everyone. You also get a nice alignment and corner balance sheet.

I tried to contact HIN about a $10 off discount if you buy a NOS drink, no luck getting an answer. Tried to see if military gets in for free, its a National Guard sponsored event, no luck getting an answer. WTF!
Its all on there web site for the event.
EDIT:
I will be heading for the Target parking lot at 1300 like we talked about to go to HIN. If I dont see anyone I will wait 5-10 minutes then be on my way.

Shawn, you can stop by and grab that blue tooth whenever you get the chance. Keep in mind that Wendy is off all next week so we'll probably be out and about a great deal of the time as I'm coming to an end of my block leave. I leave on the 20th.

To my brothers that attended HIN last night, I hope everything was as expected and that you all had a great time. I expect to see many pictures on here so those of us that didn't attend can share in the fun. I have eight days to go before I head out of here.

I will post some pictures later. A brief review from my point of view. Let me start off by saying i'm old. When I was younger I went to car shows to see cars that you couldn't see everyday in traffic. With that said...Originally Posted by pure_evo

I want my f#@k'n money back. No disrespect to the participants, but Monkey's car looked better than a good 75%.
However, there were a few "vehicles" that were very impressive.
One more thing to ad. It is called HOT IMPORT NIGHTS right. Why in the hell was I seeing mustangs.
In conlcusion. My son has yet to go to a real car show. He's only 4 so I guess we have plenty of time.
On a good note. The day was not a total loss. I picked up some Team Dymanics wheels and got to ride in a Spec Miata for a 15 minute session at MSR.
Oh and Monkey is a pretty cool dude. It was nice hanging out with you and your girl. At least I think I made a good friend with Monkey.
