NTEC meet this week or weekend?
Chad99evo,
I checked online and Kincaids does close at 9 on Saturday.
I would recommend meeting at 7, cause normally, atleast half the people show up late, then everyone says hi to everyone, talk about the cars a little, then we go inside to eat, so we really don't start eating until 7:30 or 7:45, and thats if the service is fast. Just some thoughts.

I'm gonna plan on being there, just got to check if with the wife to see if we had already planned something. But I'm pretty sure we didn't, so I should be there. Can't wait to see your new mods on the car. Might have to take a little ride in your car, you driving of course!

saturday the 10th

South arlington NTEC meet
where: Arlington Highlands
when: saturday the 10th
time: 7:00 pm
place we're eating at(undecided so far)
Dave'n Busters is an option, as well as Kincaids. anybody else care to chime in with some ideas for eating?
heres the list so far
1. me(chad99evo)
2. laramie_05MR(maybe)
3. 666_EVO
4. Addiction24(maybe)
5. JDW1479
6. booster9
7. Shimanchu +1 (Tentative)
8. andrewzaragoza +1(might not make it dinner)
9. mt057
The sonic cruise is always an option, but i've had enough of the younger street race crowd. but was maybe thinking of something a bit different, possibly an evos only cruise that was short and sweet with a happy ending and no stupidity,(and no i didn't mean a cruise to jaguars
.... ok maybe )
also, the quincy vs chad vs josh race will need to happen sometime too

Chad,
The more I think about it, I think Dave n Busters should be taken off the list. That place gets so crowded around dinner time. Plus we are going on a Saturday, at 7pm, with a somewhat large group, and it is first come first serve with no reservations. (learned that the hard way on my birthday, a group of 15 or so showed up at 6:30pm and we didn't eat till 8:30, but of course that gave us a reason to drink before we ate).
I'm not trying to sell everyone on Kincaids, but it is the easiest. Fast service, big tables, good food, never had to wait, etc..and they will kick us out if we stay too late (which gives us more reason to go play with our cars). Just some suggestions.
I will continue to look in the shopping center for more ideas.

I'm in...great to have someone else planning this...few of my thoughts:
we could play/cruise to a couple of interesting sites as long as it ain't too cold...
Tommy took us to the south side of I-30 into some steakhouse back lot looking over I-30 w/ Six Flags in the background,
any other suggestions?
- Arlington Heights is perfect: central, new and interestinghttp://www.arlingtonhighlands.com/location.php
- provides many options of foods and prices
- Kincaids is informal, no waiter, group tables w/outside/inside glass view of cars or late comers
- but, as cold as its been http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/...ekday=Saturday
- this is a good time to try some indoor only establishments as long as there are 1. no waiters and 2. large enough tables to keep Josh and his friends from sitting alone
