As long as they aren't cracked or bent I don't care about scuffs.

+15 to 20 offset preferred.

I can spend exactly not very much

I'm eyeing the NT-03ms that are for sale on here for $850ish as they are in my price range, weight range and size.

Wheels > 20# need not apply and over the $900 mark either. These will be track wheels, so ugly but sound is what I'm after

Tommy, I don't like talking on the phone any more (something about doing it for a living for 4-5 years does that to a person). I like the look, but I cant justify the price for the real thing (Volk) or the weight of the fake (Rotas 22# [which is the same as stock]). Neither of which come in "great" offsets for my purposes.

I'm looking for cheap track wheels, not shiny "ooooh aaaaah" wheels
