GOT pulled over for NOT racing!!! WTF!
Remember its easy to hate the faceless cop in a story, but we have some local Evo Owning LEOs here in the South forum and they are good guys. Let's remember that the vast majority of LEOs are doing a hard job and they hear BS all day long. Yes there are bad apples, but there are everywhere.

Are you kidding me!!! I just dropped my brother off to UT Austin yesterday.....And man there were cops left and right on the hwy in Austin and towards the city too!! They were mostly "motorcycle" cops....I especially saw one lasering oncoming cars on the servoce road...WHEW!!!!!

although I doubt it.I also have my trusty V1 that takes care of me.
The motorcycle cops are *********, I see them once in a while pulling over people during the morning rush hour for stupid little things. I don't know which highway you're talking about...I'm assuming I35 and I haven't had any trouble with that ever. Hmm. Maybe the cops are scared of me and stay away
although I doubt it.

Be glad yall aren't living in Lubbock. The single most important thing on their mind here is writing speeding tickets and harrasing students with modified cars.
I kid you not, in the 5 miles drive to school from my apartment I see on average at least 4 cops each way going and coming. I got stopped the other night for "speeding" I was blipping the throttle from 30-33ish because the person in front of me was crawling about 30 mph in a 35 mph zone...unmarked F150 cop of all things hits the lights, pulls me over, and doesn't calmly ask for my license (which I had ready at the window already) and just starts yelling me asking, "does the throttle stick on that thing boy?!" to which I replied "No. Is there a reason you stopped me? I wasn't doing anything wrong and I know I wasn't speeding". He goes to the truck, comes back, and hands my license back yelling at me to slow it down...what a typical Lubbock Cop...

Can't you just get the receipt from the inspection place and take it to the Municipal Court and just pay 10 dollars for it? I think that is what i did when i got stopped for expired inspection. If someone is willing to drive all the way to Belknap in Haltom City i can help them get a special inspection.
