there is this kid out in houston who tunes awesome but keeps himself on the down low cause he was once threatened by the tuning mafia of houston. He drives a black evo 8. He stays out on the i-10east and beltway area.

 

mike from clear lake, i broke 424whp and 400 wtrq on stock turbo hit me up i will give u the info.... Very good on tuner takes his time and takes pride in his tune and he will back u up all the way.. He has a evo 8 like me with a big turbo making very very good power..

I don't want this to turn into a "my tuner vs. your tuner" thread but my vote is for the Mad Scientist himself...Kevin. I won't let anyone else touch my car and his prices can't be beat.
