Tune on crappy gas eh? Sounds like a good idea in a way... You might as well figure that you are tuning for worst case scencario. And are you telliing me their XX octane is worse than someone elses XX octane?

If someone's XX octane is better than another's XX octane then I'd like to see my own personal data that proves that this is the case. It would be nice to be able to sue for a certain octane not performing equal to anothers octane....someone spilled coffee on themselves and sued right? Adverstised octane vs. common sense. Correct me if I am wrong...

Personally, I always use Shell due to proximity to the gas station... on a fill up a couple cents isn't enough to make me drive to any other gas stations.

i was thinking about that also, you could run the worse 93 get tuned and run like shell or chevron gas after that. sounds like it makes it more safe incase you get suck at a random gas station

I use Kroger. Never had a problem. I fill up with Shell when I go to the track or any other High Performance type event.

I mostly use Chevron, just because I had confirmation from a race engine builder/engineer that techron actually does keep the combustion chamber clean.
