Ok letting everyone know that there is a new car club here in Houston for all levels of the Lancer family. As of now we have 19 members on our forum and we are currently having one monthly meet at Planet Zero on the last Wednesday of every month. That might change though since we are currently running a poll in order to schedule in for two monthly meets. We are a pretty laid back group with a wide range of ages so far. We actually have a meet coming up this Friday the 13th at the Hooters on 12914 Northwest Freeway at 8PM.
And this Sunday the 15th we are having a small cruise to Galveston. More info at the site or feel free to PM me with any questions.

BTW. One of the members from HALO has already been informed that we are clear for this thread. So I ask for no trouble from the mods lol.

 

Hi! Just to add some to this. we aren't a team, or a crew. we're not trying to take any of you away from that. We're not a Racing group, though some of us do. We're not a Car show or Sound-off group, though some of us do that also. and some of us do all that, and some of us do none of that. we are just a group of people that like to hang out and talk about our cars, swap ideas, and have a general good time.

Nope, sorry. Its pretty much in front of Tinseltown. If your coming from Tomball though you could meet two other people going at the 1960 and 249 intersection at 7:15 pm. From there they will be meeting me at the shell station at the 1960 and 249 intersection and then we will be heading down 290 to the Hooters. Sign up to let us know . You can PM me for more info. saw a few halo members pass by my job, next time swing by to say what's up. Bay area raceway in Dickinson

 

Yep about 5 of us went to Galveston. Ate at The Spot and the weather still allowed us to take some good pics. Should be more of us next time we go, we just need to set a day that doesnt rain and is more agreeable with everyone. We did catch some attention on the road though, could see people pointing as they passed us, or just staring over. Had several people in Galveston ask us about the cars as well. Will try to keep that place in mind next time we are around that area.

 

Instead of going to Hooters, I would highly suggest going to the Brick House tavern right next door. You will not regret it!

 

Hmm, well we already had that meet, but thanks for the suggestion. I actually ate at that same hooters today and could see The Brick House tavern from where I was sitting. I am going to try it next time I eat in that vicinity.
