Hey guys, big "spotted Evo" wake-up call for me. I landed in Orange County yesterday around 4 PM on a business trip, and in the last day and a half I've seen 4 well modded Evo's(2-IX's and 2-X's) in only about 30-40 mins. of actual driving time between the airport, hotel, and my sales rep's office. Not to mention both a heavily modified Supra, and what sounded like a boosted NSX in some orange custom paint, NSX-R body kit, etc. It got to the point that I started expecting to see a R32, R33, or R34 Skyline at any minute. Funny thing is that I see STI's all the time in SA, and rarely any Evo's there, but so far it's been just the opposite here in "the OC".

 

Spotted a WW around 5:45pm. We were traveling I-10 (hwy 90) west. Around the Foster exit area. Was it anyone on here?

Evo X - 1604 & culebra 4:30pm today - exchanged nods.

 

Also had seen an Octane Blue one on post at Ft Sam yesterday as well. I think yesterday was my first 2 Evo sighting ever.

 

I was on I-10 heading to work then, might have been me.

 

It may have been. I was in a black 4G Eclipse Spyder with the top down. I was on my way to West Loop Mitsubishi. Decided to take the Eclipse and leave the Evo at home cause lets face it...the mpg isnt the greatest in these cars.

Saw a yellow VIII rolling through converse on FM78.

 

Do you live in the 78 area? There is another WW that lives in the houses behind the Target off FM78. I have seen that one a couple of times

 

There is also this red Lancer that lives down the street from me. They bought the Evo spoiler and then painted the front of the car to look like the Evo...lol. The gas cap will give it away everytime. Not to mention the fact of no rear end wind diffuser, inter-cooler, Evo bumber, etc.

Saw a AS Evo 9 at the heb on wurzbach and I10 around 6:20. Looked really nice with the trunk lip wing. Correct me guys of I am wrong.
