Hey guys, I just picked up an Evo 9 yesterday, coming from the VTEC world I have a lot to learn.

I hope to come to one the meets you guys did.
In the meanwhile I am looking for the following parts:
Trunk board
Trunk mat
Spare wheel
Stock exhaust

Spotted a blue X with graphics in Missouri City on Cartwright Rd. Today a little before 11:00 AM. He flashed; I waved.

 

Black Evo 8 at LBJ Hospital employee parking, probably working days. Hit me up.

 

Spotted a white evo x with white rims on the south beltway and Pearland parkway. I was on the feeder rd.

 

Blue evo X with exhaust in sugarland today around 8pm.

 

Sorry but can't find proper thread in search engine; I want to buy an Evo 8 or 9. Is there a good and reputable tuner shop in Houston? Thanks.

A customer just brought us a built hta86 Evo and he told me he was considering to sell it. It's matte black, blk wheels, jdm rear bumper. Its pretty clean.

The Evo was one of the baddest cars around in 2003! King of the Japanese Imports. Slayer of Pony Cars. But 10 years later? Now we're owned by the GTR, and V-6 Mustangs will out accelerate us.

Just realized I'm about 6 months away from my having 10 consecutive years of Evo ownership!

Any of the original gansta Evo guys still out there? Kam? You back from the Great White North?

Motor Trend tested the 2013 V-6 Mustang at 13.9 in the 1/4; their first test of the Evo X was 14.0. Sad, but true.

With two cars that close, there are undoubtedly tests out there that will swing the other way with the Evo winning - if you can use the term "winning" to describe eeking out a couple of tenths on a Secretary's Special.

Point is: 10 years ago the Evo pwned all Mustangs in all environments, except the Cobra R with the IRS which was actually pretty decent on track.

And the 2015 Mustang is supposed to have a turbo-4 variant that will make more horsepower than us! They're coming at us with our own engine!
