HI all. I am moving to dallas, in november and am wondering about the evo scene down there. Who is from there. Is there a big evo crowd and How on earth do you pass inspections on your car there if you have a downpipe. Please help. I have never beento dallas or texas for that matter.

^ this is all the information you need for people in the Dallas area. We have a huge EVO crowd that is very active.

As for the test pipe, we can help you out as well with that. Normally most inspection places don't even look under the car if its not throwing a CEL. Just post in the NTEC (link above) forum and I'm sure someone will give you more details.
