Great looking car. I had a 66 I sold to pay for college. One more year, and I'll be looking for another.

Not gunna lie, you are def going to regret your decision! But, some things just have to be done.

 

My first car was a 1966 Mustang GT with a pony interior...man I miss that car! 4-Speed top loader with Hurst linkage, Crager Mags, white raised lettering on my Dunlop GT Qualifiers, candy apple red, dual exhaust out the rear lower fairing.... balanced and blue printed high compression 289 bored out to a 302..ride was clean and fast!!

 

lol ya i get thumbs up guaranteed every single time I drive this car.
Last week someone told me their son was conceived in the back of a 65 mustang, talk about awkward.

no power steering, surprisingly I don't miss it either. You just have to follow the rule always keep the car moving.

 

Nice car. Reminds me of my '65 that I converted from a 6 cyl to 289 Hypo. been 30 + years and still enjoy the memories. GLWS!!
