I guess I was a little too enthusiastic when installing my Cobb IC hard pipe kit, and overtightened a clamp on the UICP. The end that meets the turbo outlet is now slightly out of round where the t-bolt portion of the clamp is. No boost leaks as far as I can tell, but would like to re-round the pipe to be safe.

If anyone has a swedge that would fit (prefer the expanding screw type over hammer in) I would be grateful if I could rent/barter/borrow. Recommendations for shops that could round the pipe end would work too!

 

take it off and down to the local muffler shop and talk with them. Likely they will do it for nothing on their pipebending equip..

 

Picked up a "tailpipe expander" at Harbor Freight for $15. Worked like a charm. If anyone needs to reround some 2.2-3.25" pipe you are welcome to borrow the tool.
