Wife and I just got the EVO about two weeks ago and I have been browsing this forum but I didn't realize there was a page for people in this area til today!! Duhhhh. Cool to see there are quite a few other EVO people in Austin, are any of you planning a meet anytime soon?

I'm not meeting anyone until I wash my car. I think it's been 1 1/2 months. My poor white Evo is gray and brown with cone marks on it from an autoX 1 month ago.

well im in a car club and we meet everyweekend. sometimes it changes from riverside to highland mall, etc... a meet would be nice, but i wouldnt fit in, sorry guys

 

Thats crazy if you like cars and like to chew the fat with other people that do you your in. You not a lesser guy cause you were smart enough not to take on twice as much debt

 

true, but im jsut gonna hate it when i see everyone has an evo, itll just make me jump into the debt hole without thinking twice.

Coolness!! We should have a meet. I am also a member of the Austin area stangs and they meet at the Y in Oakhill on Saturdays at sunset. There are usually alot of other Hot Rods and a few Ricers but mostly domestic stuff. Would be cool for a was of EVO's to show up. If any of you guys have mods I sure would like to see your cars. I wish it wasn't winter..........

 

Oh come on man, you'll fit right in!! ****, I am new to this scene and I haven't ever even seen an OZ. I think it would be cool, would love to check out your car. Hell, I'm old(turn 40 in two days)and I will still drag my *** down there. I may have to ask one of you guys to help me get my Rascal fired up though!

 

I am totally down for meeting up. I have been anti-EVO-social so is time for me to get out there and do some drivin!!! I am also in S. Austin...William Cannon! So are there 3 EVOs within like 2 miles!?! Bad A#$!!!!
