I spent like 45 min on the road today for a 8-9 mile drive from my home (The Heights) to work (Just south of the Galleria)...

I guess it's mostly due to the tourist from the Superbowl...

I won't even go out this weekend...

 

Yeah, 610 was great coming in this morning, but when it hit Post Oak, I got slammed by traffic. On top of all that, while back they got rid of the Richmond exit completely, and now they've turned it into an on-ramp to the 610-59 exit. Sad that the fastest way into the Galleria is Richmond, and even that takes forever.

 

Taking local would prob take about the same time for me...
I used to live in the Medical center area, very close to the Astrodome. It is pretty much like the rodeo is town...

 

Apparently Madonna was at the Starbucks across from the Galleria this morning. Wow . Madonna, Jennifer Anniston and Brad Pitt, and some other famous people are causing havoc going out for coffee and stuff . I'm just glad I live in Pearland now! Well, apart from the whole having to drive (sit) on the 45 for hours everyday thing.

 

Wow they were there? Great, now we have to wait for their limo's, lol, I'd shout "GO HOME!" It's going to be **** going on 610 and 59 tonite because it's near the Super Bowl weekend AND it's raining, yay. Jesus, I don't want the Bowl here. *sigh* oh well

 

My co-worker's wife spotted J-Blow at the Galleria yesterday. Jennifer Aniston said the whole cast of "Friends" will be here is town....oh well, not that I care that much.

I like football, just not a big game in town which I don't have the ticket...

 

That's when we show all the celebrities our "Southern" hospitality lol, jk, but it's not the celebrities that bother me as much as the people who flip out over them, they make it ****ty. Thankfully, this will all be over next week. THANK GOD!
