Blacked Out Headlights

Are the headlights like those that Drummerjun and AL Banks Holla have illegal in Texas? I'm considering buying a pair with my tax return money.

AL Banks Holla didnt buy those... He paints them... PM him if you want a JDM look for a fraction of the price!

I know he didn't buy them, they're $50 for painted. I just want to make sure that they're not illegal before i do either one of those options.

painting the lense is illega in almost every case . if the housing inside is painted there should be no relason why any cop should mess with you. just tell him the car is stock imported from japan!

I've seen taillights that are blacked out. But never really notice the headlights...
