Thursday, 4/29/04 about 12:15 in the afternoon spotted a silver OZ with custom rims and a conservative body kit on it. It also had clear tails. It was going north on the Gulf Freeway between the Beltway and the Loop. I couldn't get a good look at the driver but may have been a younger woman driving. The passenger rear wheel was bouncing excessively, as if it were out of balance. Anyone know this car?

 

might have been that girl that got a free ralliart as a tip? :P

 

I don't know anything about a girl getting a free RA as a tip but this was an OZ, either '02 or '03.
