What everyone should probably do is, get a room for Thursday night the 31st through April 3rd Sunday morning. So that Thursday you can arrive, we will have a scheduled meeting place at a time. So you can come down Thursday, check into your room, and come up to the meeting place. Thursday night, we will just be at the meeting spot the whole time, to discuss what we are doing and where to meet over the next few days. Then head to the rooms for the night. Or go out a have fun in Daytona if you want.

We should go ahead and setup a schedule plan near in the future so we can discuss and make changes and what not and have meeting times for when we meet on Thursday and what time we can all meet up again on Friday night for all the people who want to come on Friday and can't on Thursday. So we don't have people just driving around looking for us.

I will go ahead and give anyone my house number if they want, so they can call me. Probably don't need it now, but when April comes close I will let whoever wants it have it.
And if someone wants to give out there cell phone number or a few people to be designated people who anyone can be called to find out where we are or what we are doing. Those people will probably be people who are going to be coming early like Tim(sleek) or Eric (blacklancer), or whoever wants to do it.

I'll get a list of places to meet and see which ones everyone wants to go to.

The dates again for SBN are April 1-3.

 

good plan james, that sounds like a great idea. yeah i am planning to get a new cell phone soon, so when i do that i will give everyone my number if they want.

awesome guys, and gals. xxatwaxx is checking on a hotel that is hopefully going to give us a group discount. if anyone has already gotten rooms i dont know if you will be able to switch, but if you havent maybe this will work out and we can get a discounted group rate somewhere.

 

sweet i hope we can get a discounted rate.. 3 of us from chicago are coming down.. meaning still room for 1 more in our hotel room..

no word on the hotel thing as of right now. if anyone feels, as i do, that hotels will fill up pretty fast for that time of year, i suggest to go ahead and reserve rooms somewhere. you will probably get a discount for being so early. i think that it will be reall hard to get everyone into the same place anyway. i still suggest that each person try on their own.

 

post what hotels everyones staying at i dont what to be to far away an if anybody wants to go half let me know

 

I should be able to make down on the 3rd or 4th or both, I live about 20-25 minutes from Daytona Beach.

 

okay so in order to get a discounted rate at the hotels in daytona you have to be a registered club, which we are not. we are a group of people, haha. anyway, i guess we all have to just kinda fend for ourselves on this one. sorry that the hotel thing didnt work out the way we had hoped. anyway i am still planning to stay at teh same hotel i was planning to stay in before. see you there!!
