emission test?
when is that for 03' evo in Georgia? Do we even have one or is it true we don't have it anymore? I heard 2 years.

ok, fine, it's 2006 for 2003.

Any vehicle after 2002 will be exempted their first 3 years then every year thereafter.

anywhere. They only do the driving engine thing for older models.

For newer cars, they do the OBC II plug test.
