I've already posted this question, but have gotten no responses. Do you know of any mod-friendly dealerships in the Atlanta area? I will be living down there for a temporary duty assignment and need to know if I should remove my mods before coming. Thanks.

 

carriage mitsubishi in gainsville is a very friendly dealer i bought my old VIII from them and had them service my car couple times when i had mods i dont know how they are now tho been a while since i been there

other than that there are no good ones that actually know abou evos.

dont ever goto RICK CASE aka dick case.

they dontt know **** and will **** up your ride.. duluth location. roswell one isnt so bad.

Jeff is Great! The guys at the service desk are great! One of them is a 240sx guy too.

 

haha, didn't read this one before posting, I was there in April, did the guys at the desk change? I was under the impression they were still there...

and Jeff is definitely the man to go to for basic Evo service, or whatever your ride needs.

and i just bought another house up in jefferson which might be closer to you (braselton) than gainesville...
i live towards 400 . i dunno why its still called gainesville but im closer to the outlets than gainesville itself.

There are alot of good Evo shops in Atl... One of the things im missing out here in Reno... . Ive got a friend who works at Ed Voyles in Marietta and another local forum is working with them to get a sponsorship of sorts and get deals on maintenance and parts. If you dont want to work with dealers theres Forged in Marietta. They are mainly a Z shop, but has started to expand to evos. One of their best techs drives a WRX and their b!tch boy drives an Evo IX. Regardless they are a great shop and the owners a cool guy. Theres also Dyno4mance in Calhoun and Topspeed in Alphretta.

 

Me and Brandon (upstateevosc) do installs of all kinds. We are not far from the ATL area either

Double the forged in marrietta stuff, mainly Z guys but they are expanding to evo's/awd cars. They have done some stuff to my car very knowledgable and I am going to have shariff tune my car next month.

 

Use to sell cars there, it was horrible they wanted to sell me a evo but were adding 2000 over invoice, and when i bought one they were chargen me 100 to look at a car that is under warranty ?went to carriage and i'm getting my 5th gear issues resolved there and spoiler issues
