Hey guys great show at Topspeed, I was the guy there in the yellow EVO with the carbon fiber hood. I met some cool people, ran into an old friend and seen some good numbers on the dyno. The next time I'm around I'll get my car on the dyno to see where I'm at....... Oh and after the meet I ran into a M3 on the road, and let's just say I had a little fun with it.

I would like to thank everyone that came by today. Today was a great day for the SE. Al did a great job, we had good food from the master bbq' r, great company, nice cars and every one was extremly happy. We are allready in the works of setting up another dynoflash day in a few months for the guys who did not get a chance to get a custom tune or do some extra mods and would like another custom tune.
Again thank you for showing up and supporting our efforts to bring the SE a first class shop to get your car worked on.
P.S what does everyone think about having an EVO vs STi shoot out here in the SE. We were talking about maybe setting it for later in the year and think that there is a strong evo/sti community in the SE and think it would be a huge event.
Thanks,

Oh, is your car missing the front lower lip?
I'd say that was an AWESOME day. Al got some great #s out of my car, fixed my a/f, and I have a nice idle now. Amazing what he could get the car to do with a stock downpipe/cat and no boost controller. Holds a steady 23psi - NICE!!!! Thanks again to Al and Topspeed for everything!!
Had a great time, got lots of video but I was too drunk last night to post it. We are working on it. Threw my car on the dyno with exhaust, testpipe, fuel pump and intake and Al pulled it to the 300 mark. Car has very good highway manners and can be kept in 5th gear in all most any kind of driving. Power band is much larger. I have to give props to his work, the guy work all day long, very impresive. I also have to let Topspeed know whats up, there running a top of the line shop there. The shop was SUPER clean, very well setup, it shows alot about how they run things. One other great thing is that they alowed you to get up close to there work, Im a 8 year airforce mechanic and have been to many import shops east and west coast and there style said alot. Finally there was one guy there who was turning mad tools with his buddy on the black evo in the corner and still setting up cars on the dyno, at the same time all day long! Then i ask the guy about a clutch job, his like $470 with fluids. With prices like this why even bother getting the dealership involved. I was just very very impressed, and will be making the 8hour drive again to set this up. Oh and the guy cooking the burgers, my brother is still talking about how good they were. And you guys were not kiding when you said food and drinks, its was there all day and lots of it. Its good to see a shop like this, keep it up, your guys have a gold mine on your hands with servise like that!!! Oh and meeting my boy that I worked with 2 years ago in minot, north dakota was the icing on the cake. I had a great time, thanks again.
Thanks guys at Top Speed for letting me hang out with you! It was fun getting to meet Al in action doing his thing. Everyone made me feel very welcome, the food was great and appreciate the ride in Dougs car. A lot of effort spent on a successful event. Thumbs up and great job.
