bump . . . . . . im gonna try and call some places tomorrow about a place to have this BBQ/potluck thing

 

OK I called both parks and I think Big Lagoon would be best only thing is they dont have pavilions anymore due to Ivan but they still have BBQ areas with about 2-3 tables (so if you have chairs you may want to bring them) but its $4 per car and free to rent (BBQ area is on the West Beach side)

feel free to bring your other half and kids as well as some food since its going to be a potluck type thing so post up what your bringing so others know whos bringing what cause i have this feeling everyone will say desert

ok guess I will start with what I will bring

charcole(sp)
lighter fluid
paper towles
paper plates
plastic forks, spoons, and knives

 

I'll bring some marinated chicken.

I would like to volunteer Barry for his dirty rice...lol

 

I'll buy something and bring it since I don't cook anything other than mac and cheese.

I'll bring brats... unless no one wants 'em.

 

brats are cool but last time I made some for the turbotrix day scott was the only one that ate them. They were done right too. Boiled in beer, butter and onions the night before.

Chris-mac and cheese sound good!

 

BTW- This would be a good time to sit down and see when a good date to bring Mark from Turbotrix down to tune our cars again.
