Hey man, im in Statesboro. We go up to jackson, sc to the track pretty often, probably the nicest 1/4 track in the area. its about an hour from here, so probably 1.5 from savannah.

there is a big event on april 23 called bragging rights, lots of street cars there and lots of track time to get it.

 

Yeah, I like that track a lot too. Its only a 15min ride from my Dad's house.

Great day... great event... lots of cars... lots of awesome friendly ppl... weather was gorgeous... track was a pretty fast track... everything was perfect!!!

except for blowing up my clutch on my very first launch of the day during test and tune... I ran a 13.2 @ 110mph w/ first gear, very slippery second gear, and a bogging fourth gear... third gear wouldn't go in... rawr! oh well... congrats to everyone else who ran for some awesome #'s!

BTW, Tracy, do you know if Dan is using injector cut, ignition cut, or a different method with the AEM 2-step? I might try and enable my 2-step and see if I can get some nice results out of it...

Hey, talked to my friend with the UTEC. he says the knock sensor is so damn adjustable its unbelieveable. He said you can adjust how sensative it is, how many crank rotations before it puts the timing back in and all sorts of stuff. Don't sell that thing for a POS Safc where you have to send in your ecu everytime you get a new part.

 

Yeah, keep the UTEC and get it re-tuned. Do not get the dynoflash.

Jeff, yeah my dad lives in North Augusta (SC). I ran at Carolina Dragway last year on their last day before closing for the season. I think it was some time in Nov. The announcer didn’t know what to call my car so he just said, "What ever it is, it’s fast!"

A computer flash is super poor in comparison to a nice piggyback. How flexible is a flash? ITS NOT

downtime and shipping you have to pay to have it tuned....SUCKS.
