I’m afraid I have to go to MANDATORY work on both those days. In fact, Sundays will always suck for me due to work (Sun-Wed, the airline never sleeps or takes a day off). Due to an odd-ball situation I may have to work evening shift next Sunday, which would mean that I might be able to swing by the Varsity on Sunday on my way to the office.

I think several of us have asked for details about the club to be e-mailed, PM’d or posted. I know you are aching to tell us all the details in person, but that may not be possible for everyone. To get through the initial sign up you may want to post the specs required for the picture (size and format) and we could e-mail the pictures to you. We then could e-mail you with the rest of the info you want and mail you a check for the dues. I don’t think I’m the only one who would benefit from this, that’s why I’m posting it here and not PMing you.

the email on the specs are not sent to your email yet, because there was some revisions that needed to be made.

I wanted to make sure that you get the right information the first time.

The 5 members who showed up on the last meeting already have this information. Only thing that's different about what I've posted on the "EVo GA club info" thread is the specifics, such as sponsors, and what you'll get. Also how much.

I try not to do that on this forum because our forum will be opening shortly and I donot want to do that on here.

I will have this done soon. Just need 2 more phone calls and i'll be ready.

The photos specs are really not complicated or specific. All it needs is that you stand in front of a white background and face forward without any sort of head wear. You could send that to me.

Also, I will have Paypal setup shortly for membership dues.

I'm sorry for the inconvinience for those few who can't make it. However, if I keep on changing schedules because of those few, majority will get pissed and that's not what we want.

That reminds me, I'll send you some general layout schedule for your calender as well.

We'll have some friday and saturday events on top of the sunday meeting.

I hope you don’t think I was complaining because it was inconvenient for me! I was more whining about having to work. I understand we have to do what is best for the greater good as far as scheduling. Let us know when paypal and all the rest is ready to go. Thanks for all the hard effort too.
