If just the ankle is swollen with tenderness and swelling predominating one side, it is more likely due to trauma, even if a specific incident can't be recalled.
As far as treatment if you want to pm me with more details, I could offer you some advice. Please be advised that this advice is very generalized and in no way should it dictate your treatment.

any1 from temevo have the zt wideband or know how to install it and tune it or w.e it needs. I'm considering getting this and also the boost option but i don't have a fat pocket to pay for installation .....
