hit by a drunkie on ST. patties day

hello all, now that im back from miami i have to deal with a crashed car. the estimate is 20,000 dollars, and they are trying to tell me it is totaled because the computer doesnt pull up the evo for an insurance report. what should i do? plokivos knows some of the story. y evo is fully loaded w/ leather, sunroof and sterio + more. there is no way it can be totaled. this is the most frustrating thing i've had to face in a long time. any input or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Once you wreck a car it never feels as good as it did before. A lot of things get messed up with wrecks and are hard to fix. Especially if it is mostly front end damage. But 20k is pretty expensive.

$20,000 isn't that expensive on the evo.

as long as your frame is ok, i say go for it, since they wont total it.

however, if the frame is even a 1cm bent, demand it to be totalled. otherwise I suggest talking to someone higher up in the insurance company.

sorry to hear, again...

20k is alot even for an Evo, only 8-10k more and your'll have a new one.
