I was in Cocoa Beach for a wedding at the Holiday Inn and spotted a black EVO. Didn't appear to have tint but did have stickers. I saw it roll through the parking lot several times. Didn't get a good look at the license plate, but thought it was a Florida plate. Had at least exhaust.

Was that anyone here?
