Just give me a call when you get in. Yeah it's not much to break it in, I think on the pamphlet in the box it said 200-300 miles city driving. How do you like it so far?

Yes this meet is still going on, the more the merrier. I will stay for a while and then possibly head to an alternate location for something else. We will see what everyone thinks.

Just wanted everyone to know....

Gabe just called me, him and his wife were traveling back to Pcola from Atlanta and he got into an accident. From what he told me, it was raining pretty hard and a car swerved towards him and he over compensated and lost it. He ended up hitting a pole pretty hard and his wife hit her head against something. Gabe says that he is okay, however his wife is in pain. They are stuck up at the Florida/Alabama line right now and we are working out arrangements for someone to pick them up. Gabe says that his car is in bad shape. I wish the best for them and I hope you all do too.

It's raining pretty hard out so everyone stay safe.

Man that is horrible! I hope that everything works out in the end for him and his family. They have our best wishes.

Well we made it back to Pensacola okay... only thing hurt was an evo as well as an ego. The car was towed to Glynn Smith Chevrolet Collision Center (yeah an evo getting repaired at Chevy... i gotta see this). they are gonna look at the car and decide whether it is repairable or if it is a total loss. i'm gonna post up some pics as soon as i can... i wanna thank everyone for their support through these trying times. i will let everyone know what happens regarding the car.

p.s. wrick that was a pretty good account of what happened except the area that it happened was on the Georgia/Alabama border and there were no other cars involved... the car just started to hydroplane really bad and i swerved to the right into a 180 off the right side of the road.

Sorry about your accident Gabe, if there is anything I can do to help please let me know. I hope your wife is feeling better as well. I don't think that car is totalled unless there is a lot of damage in other places you cant see. Good Luck with the repair.
