Just want to let you guys know how I feel about this shop and the people involved in it.
I support the shop 100%.
I think Doug is a great tuner and he is passionate about cars. And when passion is mixed with the tuning and owning a shop, customers tend to benefit from it a lot.
For about a year that I've known him, he's taken care of a lot of people, even went out of his way to help the Evolution owners and now STi owners.
He would always make sure people with their problems are met with genuine concern and solutions.
I know this from my personal experience that he has helped me a lot on my car. Even before that, he was a good friend of mine. Not only that he's taken care of a lot of the Evolution owners in the South East and upper East coast.
Giovanni and Doug tries to create a comfortable environment for the customers, where everyone isn't neglected or feel outsided.
Giovanni and Doug's a Evo owners before and they know how it feels like to be the customer and I think they try their best to understand where all Evo owners and STI owners are coming from and try to help them as best as they can.
There are no BS about TopSpeed, which is what I like. I think the royalty to the shop isn't created or forced but it's rather earned from the customers. Althought they do own a business they tried to give you the best solutions to your problem which isn't always the profit for their business, but they do it because they sincerely care about the well being of the owners and all the owners and customers.
I just wanted to say this to let them know how much I appreciate all the things that they do for the Evolution and Import community in Georgia.
They've helped a lot of people even while they're losing money helping them out.
I think the new addition to their shop, Will and Tray, although they're STI heads, they're good people to talk to and get to know.
That is all.

I couldn't agree more about Doug and Giovanni. I tell all of myfriends how some day Doug is going to be well known in the tuner world. He's comevery far since I've met him and he'll never look back I'm sure. After every build that I've been there for Doug always has this huge smile on his face and a giggle at WOT that is unforgetable. He truely loves what he does and even more the customer's reaction when they see what he's done. Just wait and see what Doug has done to Giovanni's EVO. He will be building my EVO too and it too will be something to check out. Hell I really didn't like Subarus at all untill I drove his after he built it. I couldn't believe how perfect the powerband was. I immediately changed my one tracked mind and realized that whateve this guy touches ends up being a great experience. Let's not forget that Giovanni made this all possible for Doug. I'm just glad he took a great opportunity and ran with it. Good luck everyone at Topspeed and thanks for a great friendship. Your hard work and dedication is starting to pay off. Look at all this positive attention. That's something to drink a beer to. Take care and I will see you all in Janurary I hope.

Doug and Giovannie are awesome guys. I remeber the first time i met him, he was stressing to finish a customers S2000. Heck if it was another mechanic they could care less. He wasn't stressing about the car, he wanted to finish it and finish it right. That tells you alot about him. Heck if i lived lcoser i would be their every day.
