Me and my 04' RS are planning to relocate back down to Atlanta this fall or winter. For those living there, can you please advise about your neck of woods?

I was thinking of getting a condo or townhouse inside the perimeter, somewhere.

 

c'mon guys, any feedback from those in Atlanta.

there was a gentleman who had 03' then switched to 04' evo that resides close to GA Tech...

I was thinking of similar location.

I can put you in touch with my broker if you need a place to live. where are you going to be working? I'm living in the Howell Mill & I75 area, about 15 minutes from Buckhead and 10 minutes from Midtown. it's a nice place to live, and pretty cheap too.

just for the fall/winter? so you'll need a month-to-month lease?

I'll probably get a lease for first 6 months or so until I find a place to buy.

I've just started to look for a job in finance through a headhunter. But, I hope to relocate this year. I miss Atlanta and my ex...

nope, i've got a RA. i have seen an MR running around here though, silver. never can flag him down. I don't know what most of the places around here are going for, i'm jsut renting. $350/mo plus utilities.
