On another thread Al from Dynoflash will be tuning on cars in the Raleigh area. I thought why not try and get together and have a meet on the same day. There is alot of downtime between waiting for a tune. It will be on March 4, 2006. The location is up to everyone (and Al) for what he needs to tune. Lets get some feedback.

any ideas on where this is going to be? at a shop or random place for road tunes?

 

I'm thinking it will be at a random place for road tuning i.e. maybe RBC center (if no game) or somewhere close to I 40. If we get more feedback we will see.

I have to work sunday afternoon but definately would like to get acquainted with some of you guys since i never make it to the saturday night gatherings.

Don't know where Al want to do the road tune but US1 near Harris lake/nuclear powerplant might be a good location as well. It is a bit remote but will definately have a lot less traffic.

In either case, I am in!

 

Sounds good I will keep this topic bumped and we will get a running list of tunes and people just wanting to meet. I might have my wife bring my truck and the grill and maybe we can chip up $5 bucks and grill burgers. Let me know what everyone thinks.

Ok, the date has finally been nailed down to March 4th...as per Al. If you are wanting to get flashed check Al's thread about sending in the deposit to get on the official list. I will try and hunt down a location for us to meet, hopefully a nice large parking lot....all we need is good weather.

Im trying to work mine out in the other thread. I dont get much computer time here in Iraq, but hang with me guys.

 

I'm trying to find a place to meet and do the dynoflash....the guest services person at the RBC center smashed the idea of having it in their parking lot...they didn't go for that.....so I'm still looking.

What about in the parking lot at Brier Creek by the McDonalds. Lots of places to east etc... People from Durham can come down 70 hwy., right off of 540 also. Pretty easy to get to and no rent-a-cops.
