Which dealer around tampa is mod friendly
the dealer has to be within reasonable distance, unless there is no one, because i would have to have a friend follow me there and drop me off. i know sport in orlando is mod friendly....what about lokey, in 2004 some peopel posted they are mod friendly....
thanks!
thanks!
Lokey Mitsubishi
I don't know if they are mod friendly but I would avoid buying a car from them. They have fraudulent business practices and I have a case that was just recently settled against them.
I was sold a Brand New Ralliart that was damaged at the 97 X next big thing concert at Coachman Park. They were a sponsor and had my car there as a demo before I bought it. They then repaired the 2,200 in damage but did not disclose it to me. I was sold the car as Brand New, MSRP.
I made contact with the sales manager, Peter Pinckney but he just brushed me off. However, I did not just ‘roll-over’ I found my self a lawyer and won.
This matter was in violation of Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practice Act §501.976 (19) and this statute assists consumers with consumer transactions. Pursuant to the Florida Statute, it is unfair and deceptive for a dealer to fail to disclose damage to a vehicle of which the dealer had actual knowledge, if the dealer’s actual costs of repairs exceed the lesser of $650.00 or three percent of the MSRP, excluding replacement items.
Go ahead and ask Peter or Scott Harlib the GM about it.
