porsche killer

Hey guys, I am having an issue that I hope someone can help with. I have the dreaded tranny/t-case whine on my 03. Took it to a local dealer and was told that my parts did not void the warrenty, but the whine would not be covered because it is believed to be the clutch. Im not saying Im the end all god of everything to know about cars, but I have been working on them long enough to know that cluch does not whine like gears, even when its bad (I think they just dont want to have to warrenty it). I have replaced the clutch with an oem clutch before, but that was about 5k miles ago. I would like to do a tre tranny and /t-case but cash flow is real low now. Here is where I hope one of you comes in, does anyone know someone that works at a dealership that might be able to help me out?
