Orlando Condo help

I am looking to buy a condo coming within the next few months. I have pretty much decided Im staying down here but need my own place. A few of you know where I stand on this and my past.

What I am looking for is a townhouse style condo. I dont want a apt conversion or one of the condotels as Scott would put it. So here is my list of needs:

-townhouse style
- 2-3 br
- at least very minimum 1 car garage
- decent area, all you funny people dont tell me about mercy drive i accidently went in that area
- maximum price is right around 230-240k
- preferably located near I-4 or a main breezeway
- new developments preffered

So if your out driving around and see a sign, just glance at it and try to remember the name of the complex. I have already looked at Tradewinds in the MetroWest area. Very nice places but not too sure of the area. I am looking into Treasure Cove across from Sea World but not to keen on the location. The traffic in that area is horrible, but berable since I-4 is close.

So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try checking out the Condos on Westwood and I-Drive. Westwood is not a long road. Go on it and you'll see them on ur left. I don't really remember the name of the Condos, but u won't miss it. It's literally next to I-4 though, just a couple of seconds away. Good Luck

if you do decide buying at a Apt. conversion... always worth a look...

i work for Prestige Buidlers Group, one of the larger Real Estate developers in Florida

we have 2 active projects in Altamonte Springs... Bona Vista and Crescent Place, i could hook you up with some upgrades ex. Cabinets, Granite, stuff like that...

take care and good luck with your search,

If you are going to spend that much, why not just buy a house?

So get a house and in a year get a pool when you are more settled
