I think our insurance was 3.8k(fixed). Property taxes is what kills you here we paid 12k last year.

Crime and South Florida go hand in hand no matter where you are, I learned that the hard way.

I recommend Parkland or Boca, either one you'll be fine.

boynton beach ftw

actually right now development is very big in boynton beach, theres tons upon tons of houses being built, huge houses, luxurious appartments.. great locations, a brand new movico

lake worth on the other hand.. if you wanna be around tons of spanish n black ppl thats cool, but lake worth down here is more known as teh ghetto.. where as boynton beach is starting to build huge houses, and still affordable.

dude in all honesty, you have to be pretty rich to live in boca, and trust me boynton is JUST as good.. not to mention boca is only 15 min away, same with west palm beach (CityPlace) An amazing place to spend a friday or staurday night with family or friends.

From what we see....houses much cheaper vs. w. palm, boynton area, even the
new contraction. Also, local gov't has plan to build shopping ctr. and such.

How far port st. lucie to Boynton?
