looked around, but are there any clubs or any open track days coming up at road atlanta??

Ive been told a few times that the only way RA will rent the track out, is if there is some sort of competition (IE: nasa races as part of HPDE).

They won't rent it out for just track day events. Cause i'd love to run there.
