There's not much of a scene for non-Evo Lancers in Tampa. I've had to tag along to AWD meets to at least meet other Mitsubishi enthusiasts, and those were few and far between Evo owners. Most of the car scene around here seems to be Subarus, maybe some S2000s. There is a nice selection of Nissan S-chassis roving Tampa, but I wouldn't say I've ever seen them in one place together.
